We are so glad you stopped by to visit with us. We have numerous properties in the Troy area. So whether you're looking for a new place to make your home, or a proud new student at Troy University seeking off campus housing, take a look around and see what we have to offer.
Our properties are all located within minutes from the Troy University Campus and all of it's amenities; such as the Trojan football stadium, baseball field, golf course, tennis courts, track and not to mention the large outdoor swimming pool all available to Troy University students! You can take a jog or even ride a bike and you'll be on campus within minutes! Saunders Property caters to students and Troy residents also. We have a variety of apartments you can choose from.

- and Free Basic cable included!
There is a $50.00 application fee & security deposit of one month's rent. Tenants are responsible for utilities and internet.
